MNvending Posted April 19, 2017 Posted April 19, 2017 I have a strange problem with a dixie narco 501e. It's at a high school and the machine is set for limited access twice a day: its on limited access from 8 AM to 1130 AM and goes back on limited access at 1245 PM and then back off at 330 PM. I have 2 columns that are filled with diet mountain dew and they are set on space to sales. When I go to service the machine the STS isn't working and one column is always much lower than the other. So I test vend both columns twice to make sure the STS is working, and it is. During the school day while kids use it, it doesn't work, but when I test vend it after school it does. Does the limited access timers have anything to do with why it won't work? Has anyone else had any problems similar to this?
