Sgolembiewski0903
More to come but basically I bought machine and two of its buttons/columns are for coke and the same for sprite. I changed the second column of each to a different soda but noticed that the coke button will occasionally vend out of the replacement soda column. Im guessing these buttons/columns were linked? Not sure, but I'm trying to figure out how to stop this from happening so I can put a Monster in the other slot! buttonsBody of topic to come soon, am getting the pics up from my phone. darkinthepark
You need to set your "STS - Space to Sales". Basically, you need to tell the machine what columns to use for each selection button on your machine. Currently, your machine has multiple columns set up for your coke selection buttons. The machine alternates columns when vending to keep the product level...so that's why sometimes you get the replacement drink.
Sgolembiewski0903
Does that have anything to do with the single-depth settind mode? THe instructions on price setting for the machine mention I need to look at "single-depth setting".

The 2nd Pic mentions "space to sales"... although it seems to me that all of the diagrams share columns.... are you able to read that chart better than me perhaps? Do I have it rright.. the machine can only have up to 9 brands? Even though there are 12 columns?
Sgolembiewski0903
I was trying to understand why and how this could be true... perhaps because it's a Coke machine.. and they don't want any outside products?
QuikVend
The single- depth setting is separate from the space to sales. You would adjust that in the case where you were vending 20oz bottles from column 7 (so they would be set up for one deep) but you're switching to 12oz cans (which you want to do two deep). You would need to change that setting or you'll double vend every time that button is pressed. Space to sales allows you to dedicate extra columns to your more popular drinks and rotates through them to minimize any expired. I have a Royal 650 that had 12 columns and 10 selections, so 2 selections pull from 2 columns while the rest pull from one. So, from looking at your diagram, the most you can have is 9 selections, the default setting(option 1) gives you 2 selections pulling from a shared 3 column, another 2 pulling from 2 shared columns, another 2 pulling from 1 column, and the rest with their own dedicated column. Southeast Treats
If you have 12 columns and 12 selection buttons you should be able to program for 12 selections, but that may not be on the chart. In that case you would have to manually set STS for each selection. Royal tech support had to walk me thru it the first time. Coke likes to put coke classic on multiple selection buttons on their machines but all of those buttons get mapped to the same columns...

Perhaps I'll just keep it simple and only do one 9 selections... As always - you people are great!

In the picture, it says something like ____ selection ___ brand.... I only have 12 buttons but it says "13" selection - do you know what that means? It would be next to the bill validator.Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
