You can then click on the representative and then you will find ‘contact info’ link in the bottom right of the screen Here is a link to a site that tracks all bills that are before the U.S. House and Senate. It is important that we all monitor what laws are being presented and inform our elected officials of how we wish them to vote. Also it is important to join and support organizations that are of a like mind and are actively supporting our views to the government. Likewise, the same is needed on the state and local levels, you would be amazed at how many laws are passed that we don't even know about. http://www.opencongress.org/ There are many bills that you may be for or against, but no one will know your wishes until you know there is a bill being considered and tell your elected officials what you want done.
