petersvending
I have a small car and my only option to go pickup 4 vendstars and I need to know of the base can be removed from the stand, so I can transport easier? Any help is appreciated! Video of vendstar disassembly? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
QuikVend
Yea, they just pull apart. I have had some that are difficult to disassemble, but you just put a foot on each side of the base and pull up in the upper half. You may have to twist a bit while pulling. petersvending
Anyone ever paint vendstars? Krylon? Red? Soap and water or is there some other chemical to clean? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Kinch
Ran mine through the dishwasher, no heat dry. Got Krylon paint and viola.
petersvending
Ran mine through the dishwasher, no heat dry. Got Krylon paint and viola. The plastic parts as well? Did that get rid of yellowing on the plastic? I saw some solutions online by using hudrogen peroxide and oxyclean in the sink and letting them soak. But take the vendstar apart and run the parts thru dishwasher? Interesting.....Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Kinch
That's what I did. Didn't improve any yellowing. Make sure that 100 percent of the water is out of the candy wheels before you put product in. I had to adjust them anyway so I took them apart and dried them thoroughly.
