Aaron Posted November 24, 2017 Share Posted November 24, 2017 Hi, I have a Crane National 780 and the keypads (both the standard keypad, and the programming keypad) have stopped working. If I leave the machine on for a few hours the keypads start to work again, but if it is switched off and on again, the keypads won't work. I've replaced the keypad, the main wiring harness from the display circuit board, switched out the display circuit board, and main control board, but the problem persists. Power supply voltage going to the main control board is approx 28.8 volts ac, and voltage going to the i/o board is 12 volts ac. Does this sound correct? I'm suspecting a power supply issue... but would a power supply issue cause such a specific problem with the keypads? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
