robdegranje
I got a genesis in my warehouse wat i want to use. Machine got a problem. Can't find any selections ? motors. If you select, any selection it says error. If you go in menu and try the motor scan, it said motor count 0. Anyone out there who knows, this problem??? Thankx.... AngryChris
The motor harness is probably disconnected.
allen watson
I have 6 of these machines and have never had that problem. If you have another machine you can swap the board or power supply to see if it corrects the problem. I’ve had two power supply boards go bad but never a board. Just a guess on my part. NYCandyMaN
the 380 is 2 piece machine? if so, the harness is probably exposed in the back, sometimes the harness itself goes bad, take it off and hardwire all the wires to where they're supposed to go, everything should work then, if not, time to test the wires, one by one, you'll need 2 people for this, as one presses the selection the other will see if the selection is getting power, do it for all selections. NYCandyMaN
oh, then you'll have to trace the wires
Don Boisvert
I also have a Go-380, only one of the soda dispensers gives a error message. I have swapped the motor and the problem still exists with another motor. Any suggestions?
allen watson
Go into the menu and select “test motor” to reset that selection
