There are companies that stop by weekly to pickup/deliver units or you can ship them in for service. It also depends on what model equipment you have if it is worth the repair. Poplady1 Posted January 17, 2018 Share Posted January 17, 2018 Vending Exchange used to have a program that you shipped yours up and they shipped one back for a fee. It wasn't bad. We used to keep a reburbished mech and validator inside each machine. That way if there was a problem the driver had it right there to change out. Made us look pretty good to some accounts.
