Chard Posted January 22, 2018 Share Posted January 22, 2018 We have one of our 501e's has an Mei 2512 and we frequently find the bill validator indicating is disabled from the system. That is it is indicating two flashes on the LED. If I unplug the stack plug and reset the power it goes back to working normal for part of the week and then eventually stops working again. I believe it is failing will probably end up replacing it. However, I'd like to know what might be the cause of this. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There are plenty of coins in each tube, takes coins just fine, just continues to give the same error. However, I will try replacing the coin Mech first and see if that changes it. It makes sense.
