bestbuybones Posted February 6, 2018 Share Posted February 6, 2018 Does anyone have any input on why my machine is throwing an error when a certain selection is made? Is this something I can reset and fix myself or do I need to call someone to help. We have owned the machine about a year and had no other problems, other than having to have a key replaced. It is snacks on top and bottle beverages on the bottom. Any input is greatly appreciated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
allen watson Posted February 6, 2018 Share Posted February 6, 2018 Go into your settings to motor test and test that selection. Sometimes it clears the errors. If that doesn’t work, swap motors with a good motor/selection and see if the problem follows it. It could be just a motor. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
