KevinO Posted February 28, 2018 Share Posted February 28, 2018 So I bought a keymaster off EBay and had a lease through a local mall to have my machine there. Shipping company dropped my machine off the liftgate and caused enough damage to where I could not fulfil by obligation to have the machine at the mall. So my lease was cancelled. Filed a claim with shipping company and of course was denied bc my value amount exceeds their limited liability( they want to give me 40$) and I’m suppose to accept, which I am not. Anyways so I am taking them to small claims court for the cancelled lease due to their drivers negligence. I need a average a month of what you guys make off a keymaster if you have one and where it’s located.. any help would be greatly appreciated.
