QuikVend
I'm still learning the ins and outs of these 660s, but having an issue that I need some help with. The first 3 columns are set for coke. I got a call that they were getting multiple cokes. I tested every column and tested the coke column 10-15 times and narrowed it down. Every time it would take from column 3, it would jackpot and drop multiple bottles. I've got it temporarily taken care of by emptying that column and just filling 1 and 2. lacanteen
1-Make sure the spacer rod is in the can position 2-Make sure depth setting is "2". Note: depth is done by selection, not column 3-Release lever spring might be missing or broken
QuikVend
I should have clarified how many multiple meant. It dropped 6-7 bottles when it would get to that column. I'm going to guess its the spring you mentioned.
AZVendor
If the bottles just fall out at once then you are probably using 16.9 bottles in a column that is set for large products which can't hold the next bottle back. The column spacer rod has to be set for small packages on 16.9 bottles or cans.
