Coke 501e intellevend 2000

I have a 501e with some strange problems. Columns 4 and 5 consistently misvend. They both drop 2 bottles, skip vend, then 2 bottles. All single columns have brown cam pin to the left in hole 4. by the way they work fine in test vend.

It has to be something like a bent rotor, bent side wall, missing shim, or something like that.
