Snack Man 2000
I am updating the lighting on my BevMax 4, and was thinking about using waterproof stick on tape Led lights. I purchased a kit, and am wondering if the adhesive will hold well under cold temperatures. If not I'll use them in a standard front Vendo 721. The top fixture is burnt, so it will cost $75 to replace if I go with replacement bulbs.
orsd
Most stock adhesive is trash. You want 3M VHB 5952, its a double sided tape, put it over the existing adhesive and stick the other side to the machine. http://a.co/fgbb0eH Just a warning, be very careful, once that golpher sticks it ain't coming off without a lot of work. They use it to hold the body panels on trailers and buses to the frame, so its pretty strong. Also, you got to clean the place you want to stick it to with some rubbing alcohol. AZVendor
Why does a burned bulb connector cost $75?
Snack Man 2000
Just now, AZVendor said: Why does a burned bulb connector cost $75? The entire fixture is damaged. Someone left a bad bulb in it, and the connectors burned up, and discolored the fixture.

Southeast Treats
I recently installed direct replacement LED bulbs in a Bev4. They are working well, but of course you would have to repair the damaged sockets first. You should be able to pick up replacement connectors at the hardware store for under $5 and install them, unless someone here knows a reason why that would not work....
