Snack Man 2000
I have been getting a lot of stuff repaired through Eastern Commercial Services, and have had it. I have a 7512 that kept saying unknown coin for every coin. I sent it to them and have sent it back 4 or 5 times. I have lost track of how much I have spent on this one. The last time tje manager said they fixed it for free. It sat in my office since November, and now I tried to use it, and guess what it says?? Unknown coin!!! I also just sent 6 more units to them and 1 out of 3 are bad so far. I am sick of having to test the crap out after getting it back.
Southeast Treats
Asking who's the best is a bit like asking who makes the best pizza - it's a matter of opinion in a lot of ways. Obviously, the guys you are using are not in the running for your best of list. What area are you in? I am lucky enough to have 2 good shops nearby in the Orlando area. One is Vendor's Repair Service http://www.vendorsrepair.com/ (also in Atlanta) and the other is a one man shop, GS Vending Repair https://tampa.craigslist.org/pnl/bfs/d/gs-vending-and-repair/6527070945.html. Depending on your area someone near you may know a shop closer to home...
Snack Man 2000
I spoke to the manager regarding the issues, and he offered to exchange the 7512 for free, and repair 4510. I was thinking about calling Gekay. Anyone have good experiences whith them?

BlindVending
Moot point but don't let the repaired ones sit around for months. Always deploy those when you get them back and keep the known working one on the machine as your spare.
