Javaman Posted April 27, 2018 Share Posted April 27, 2018 I have an MEI coin mech and one of the tubes is not working. When I remove the change cassette i notice the arm that operates the faulty tube is moveable unlike the other arms that appear rigid and secured? I am not familiar with these mechanisms so any help I see appreciated. when “diagnostics” is run I get a “ mech error” message. BTVFC Posted April 27, 2018 Share Posted April 27, 2018 (edited) Sounds like you should have it professionally serviced. The payout assembly is comprised of one motor and five solenoids. You can test the payout assembly through the menu, in the "test" section. It can test the motor, and each of the payout arms.
