Dixie narco 276e

I've got a 276e that keeps losing its pricing. I put a brand new battery in and it happened again. Any other possible causes? I'm fairly certain(though not 100% at this point) that I put it in correctly and not upside down.

Look at the logic board printing, it tells you how to put it in.  Make sure you used a CR2032 battery and not a 1032.  If it's the correct battery installed in the correct way then you need to replace the logic board.

If you were replacing a battery that was factory glued in, double check that while cutting and wiggling the old battery out, you didn't break one of the battery post mounts. Double check it is a cr2032, power down the machine and set prices from scratch.

Ended up being just an upside down battery.
