DN 501E Clean the condenser coil

When I am doing a rebuild I use a hose.

If the location doesn't mind dust (ie outside, tire shop, etc) I like to use shop compressed air or a tank of nitrogen or co2.

Otherwise vacuum.

No, that is normal dirt accumulation on it from airflow.  What you show isn't even significant yet so no cleaning is really needed at this point unless you're bored.
