Bonnie Lee Coffee Posted June 5, 2018 Share Posted June 5, 2018 Does anyone know where we can get technical support for the Saeco Rubino machines since Saega has pretty much left us in the lurch? I have two units with errors I have not been able to resolve. One has a empty drip tray issue that, despite trying all the workarounds, is still sitting here for over a year. The other one works, but the reset setting for resetting the number of drinks sold will not work. I'm in Mpls, MN. Are there support centers or repair shops that service these units?
