Round two with Dixie Narco DNCB 522 conversion to bottle

Hello all,

I have been trying to convert a Dixie Narco DNCB 522 to bottles.  the unit was set to cans before.  I have set the back plate to the bottle length.  I have tried both green/yellow and blue/yellow cams.

the bottle stack side by side and not staggered.  When the bottle holder cycles it catches. the next bottle and wedges between the side walls and the holder.  

What else do I need to do to get this unit to use the 16.9 oz bottles

ty.  looking I cant find the 522mc/s listed but other 522 models are there.    time to do some reading I guess and try to figure this out.

The MC (Magnum Circular) means you have a 522T.

Thank you for that information. 522T then. Time to read and see what I need.  Bought the machine at auction for dirt cheap ($16).  Got an older model also but that is a different project.

Thank you all for the help.  I final got it to work.  I needed more shims in the column.  I had the single shims  (black in color).  When I went to 3 on each side (1 inch total 1/5 inch to a side) shim total it vends great.
