501E Triteq Lock

Recommended Posts

Ok so please just tell me if I’m sol... The 501E door is open. My remote key is not paired with the lock. I do not have the original key... I pressed the switch on the inside by accident and the handle moved into the horizontal lock position as it should... The door’s still open. The light on the triteq device doesn’t go on. Am I fucked? Lol

Replace it with a regular T-handle and be done with that crap.

How is that done on an HVV door? It would be great if its just the TriTeq T-handle.

I spoke to Triteq in detail, I don't think they have any T handle.

They had versions that would replace an OEM t-handle, but I don't think the Pepsi HVV ever had one.

Did you ever had to call Pepsi to unlock the key or change the key for these HVVs. Other than this Lock , I have had zero issue with Vendo 721 or vendo 621s.

I have the local Pepsi master key as well as my own exclusive master key and number string for driver keys. As I said earlier, check the small tube that sends the IR signal to the sensor for spider webs, and make sure the machine is level if you move it.

Isn't there a cheat wire you can get from triteq? If the door is open, can't you just trigger the lock with a 9 volt battery?

yes, 9v battery and a MONO (not stereo wire), it will power it enough for what you need to do, also check the fuse, that controls the power to the door
