A few of my older AP machines (932, Studio 2D etc). often have a problem where the selection will not be recognized when the person tries to purchase it. Often the fix is probably pricing the selection and/or test vend the selection but at some other point it becomes unrecognized again... any ideas? thx Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

AZVendor Posted September 1, 2018 Share Posted September 1, 2018 Make sure all the rear rollers are tight on the shelves. Those nuts commonly come loose causing misalignment of the shelf connector. It could also be caused by Golden Eye being on or off depending on whether you have those sensors or not. And, of course, make sure that you motor harness is fully seated on the board and that your keypad is fully connected. Do you have any errors recorded?
