JonG Posted September 6, 2018 Share Posted September 6, 2018 Hello I hope someone can help me I own a DN 552P HVV the large 6 button pepsi vendor and the electronic lock has failed. I have already called TriTeq lock and talked to tech support and can even show them ownership of the machine but they refuse to sell me the tool to get back into my machine. I completely understand that it is confidential information but at the end of the day it is my machine I have the key and have even tried my battery backup but the lock CPU TriTeq told me is dead. Does anyone know how I can get back into my machine? Also how to replace that lock with a standard T handle would also be helpful Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
orsd Posted September 10, 2018 Share Posted September 10, 2018 No way to put on a standard T handle on the HVVs, the sheet metal where it would mount is a button on HVVs.
