Those machines will be very difficult to find parts for going forward even if you could find an Mdb upgrade board for them which would cost much more than those machines are worth. Your best bet would be to sell them off and put the money toward a much newer AMS machine which will already have all the bells and whistles you'd never get on a Lance.
