QuikVend
I've got a Vendo 721 that keeps freezing over on me. First time it did it I found a blockage in the drain tube. Now it's completely frozen over again. Tube is clear still and the door is shut tight. Fan seems to be running as well. Any ideas?
petersvending
Guess: Not enough freon in the system?
QuikVend
No, the whole coil is frozen over. If it was low, you'd see it partially frozen
Chard
I'd not freon I'd check for an air leak
WheelofDeath
It could be a faulty temp sensor, but I am betting on it being low on Freon. I have changed or charged many compressors that were massive blocks of ice that were low on Freon.
Snickers
Check to see what your set point temp is at on your programming. We got one from Pepsi once and it was set at 32 degrees.

Anacapa Vending
Great thread. I've been having this same issue lately with a few of our 721s also.

Glad I'm not the only one. I was having flashbacks of some of the older Vendos I used to have that always seemed to have a problem.
