I need help - can someone make a call for me?

Ok, heres the deal.  I found the company making Shootin Hoops machines.  I've been on their website and filled out their inquiry form and ask for info on ordering parts as I have several machines.  Also asked about pricing on new ones.  I've called their phone number and left messages basically saying the same thing.  I've done this several times and no one ever returns my calls or messages.  I the number is probably a sales organization that knows I have alot of machines and they won't be able to bs me about how much money they can make and sell me some overpriced machines.  Just can't believe no one gets back with me and been maybe 3 weeks without results.

What I would like is some of you guys to call or fill out there form and pretend to be interested in new machines.  See if someone gets back with you.  I'd like another phone number besides the one on their website that no one answers and is probably a sales office.  I'd like to know how much they are selling for new in both models and if there is a phone number to order parts?  We have other people here in the forum with Shootin Hoops and really would be nice to get parts or even all of us be able to order new machines if we knew how much they cost.

When you call don't tell them you have any machines. Make them think you want to buy some though!

I haven't got them yet.  The guy is still in Texas and is planning on being there for awhile.  Although we did speak today and he has been pricing airline tickets to fly back so we can finish this deal.  I am very anxious to get them all in my garage because I already have a home for one of the shootin hoops.  It is in a local pizza place right next to a huge movie theater.  So alot of kid traffic on the weekends.  Although if I don't hear from the guy I've been working on getting a Wiz Kid spiral ready to place in there till I get the shootin hoop ready.

While you are waiting on your machines you should get some of these stickers for the Shootin Hoops on order. They will really dress up the machines and they don't cost but like a dollar a machine. LoL, never mind.  When I first viewed the thread there wasn't a pic I swear.  You are right it does look better with the stickers.

Are you seeing the picture? On the inside of the play field. No one can peel them off in there and really makes it have a more arcade look to it.

     I made several calls today but all I got was a voice recording.  I did leave a message this morning but have yet to hear back from them.  I also sent them an e-mail and yep you guessed it no response from them as of right now.  However, to be fair the day is not over yet.  So I'll check my e-mail again later and let you know.

Appreciate your doing this and just can't believe they don't respond. Really thought it was me and they didn't want to fool with me wanting to order parts. Figured they'd call someone else that they thought they could sell machines to if you know what I mean.

Maybe they legally can't sell outside Canada? Do we have an Canadian members that could call these guys?

Update: I have called Vendingondemand.com and they do not have anything to do with Gumfun here that we have been trying to contact. The guy I spoke with at vendingondemand was very nice and listened to the phone message and went to their website at gumfun and was as confused as I was. Main thing is he had never heard of them and didn't know why they were using the message that said they were a division of vendingondemand.com. Where do we go from here?

     I spoke with a guy from Vendingondemand.com as well today.  The guy I spoke with was nice and called the gumfun number as well.  Although he stated that maybe it was another company with the same name.  I guess that is possible since they are in Canada.

I guess reading the above there seems little hope of that, how can these people possibly stay in business by consistently ignoring enquiries from potential customers?.
