Saeco Rubino grinder not working

Hi 

I have a saeco rubino 200 and the grinder had been intermittently failing and now doesn’t work at all.  The doser seems to be clicking but it gets no grinds,,,,is the grinder easy to replace?  Could it be something else?  I used to reset the machine and the grinder would work for a period of time before failing again?

Do you have old coffee blocking the exit?

Try removing the doser (2 screws) then look to see if the coffee has compacted at the exit. If so , just clean it out.

You may also have to carefully open the doser (3 small screws) . MAYBE the adjuster that has a steel bar and a large spring have slipped out. If so, just carefully refit it you will see how, then close it again.
