Aidan
I was wondering out of your experiences, which is better to enable cashless vending for a school vending machine: usatech or Parlevel? Thanks
nvb
Nayax is worth a look too
lacanteen
Schools K-12 have the lowest cashless participation rate of any other demographic, at least in our experience. Readers are still worth it for the telemetry.
Southeast Treats
I get my telemeters from USAT now, but have used a mix of several providers including ParLevel telemeters. I did a comparison recently in another thread. As far as VMS software, it's ParLevel no question. For schools, if you want to do only telemetry you can do that with parlevel and save a few dollars over the cost of offering cashless, but the savings may be so small as to not worry about. darkinthepark
I have 3 student drink machines at a high school in pennsylvania. We average $75 a week in cashless sales for the three machines combined. We use Nayax and it's working nice for us.
Aidan
I originally didn't give much thought to nayax because of the higher monthly fee for inventory management, which Parlevel has for their regular price.
Aidan
Never mind about same price the Parlevel rep said $13.50??!! Which is crazy. Since some people have mentioned Nayax, do you all think Nayax or Parlevel would be a better choice for cashless alone, without vms?
TKK
Usat is 219 for g10s i think 5.75 per swipe and 6 a month. Nayax i saw 199 and 5.95 a month. Parlevel is 13?
