golpher Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 I am placing a triple in a break room and was thinking about going with 3 kinds of candy (PMM, Skittle, M&I) and no gumballs. Does anyone have an opinon on this?
pdavid Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Have you tried Crybabies? I'm selling them like crazy in some spots, and they're cheaper than PMM's.
sprint54fan Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 I would do a gumball or chicle in a breakroom..we have a couple huge factorys and our biggest seller is gum..people tell us they like to chew it while they work..
golpher Posted March 30, 2009 Author Posted March 30, 2009 Thanks Sprint, I think I will stick with my normal set-up 2 candies and a gumball.
davidsurvz Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 I typically do Pmm's, Skittles and Reeses in break rooms and do ok with that.
Faith Vending Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Every place is different; some breakrooms won't touch gb's others can't get enough. I put them in unless they say no gum cause they are not allowed to chew gum on the floor. They are a great profit product so you can always change out if they don't do well.
Jax Snacks Posted March 31, 2009 Posted March 31, 2009 MMP and MI are the top two for me. GB can be hit or miss in a break room, but always worth trying. I rarely have any luck with Skittles in adult places. RP can also be do well in some break rooms and may even soon become a replacement for those overpriced MMP. Jax
golpher Posted March 31, 2009 Author Posted March 31, 2009 Thanks for the feedback. I went and swaped machines last night at a nursing home break room. I replaced M&I with gumballs. When I got the new machine there the M&I was almost sold out. I will wait and see how the gumballs do this month. Seems like I will have to adjust all my locations based on what is selling and what is just sitting there. HMMMMM....that sounds like something I may have read somewhere before.
