KisPonyi
Hi all! I have a Dixie and Narco soda machine (DN5594). the keypad has gone wrong overnight, but if I enter the service menu it seems like it works. Tube Fill menu shows something else, not what it should. I tried to restart the machine, I checked the Cabel of the keypad and no failure. What can be the problem? videos: https://youtu.be/9gbk2njvrCM https://youtu.be/wDy_npgd2mw Thank you, Koppany
AZVendor
First of all, replace the missing door switch so the machine knows if it's in the vend mode or service mode. Secondly, look at your keypad harness to make sure it's not damaged. Thirdly, get a replacement keypad (not expensive) and, without actually replacing it, plug it in and press buttons on it to see if the machine behaves correctly. If not then you have a bad logic board, but I think it's a bad keypad.

I changed it to a new keypad and it works super now. Thanks a lot! 🙂 Koppany
