Snickers
Got a new sign face for Vendo 840 (V Max). I have done a few Dixie Panels but never a Vendo. Can someone who has done one before give me a crash course? Tricks or tips are appreciated.
AZVendor
You have to remove the delivery port and the top trim panel (if curved). It pops out forcibly after the screws are removed and trim is loosened. Remove the top 1/3 of screws in the hinge side trim. Then remove the vertical trim from the lock side. The sign then lifts off after the top panel is popped out. The hard part is putting it back together. Vendo trim all snaps around the metal door frame making it harder to work with than Dixie trim. Snickers
Thanks AZ The machine is on location out of town so I want it to go smoothly as possible when I get there. It's a curved panel. The top panel is just a few screws and a bead of silicone?
NYCandyMaN
take a picture, most vendos are the same but the doors are different, you can have a 540 with an 840 door, please take pic
Snickers
It turned out looking great. Easier than doing the Dixie’s too in my opinion.
