Ok I live in an area of rural oklahoma.  The nearest Sams club is 2 hrs away and at this time I only have 4 vending machines out.  I have ordered from Sams with free shipping but there just arent many options. I have bought a few things from the local walmart but I know the prices arent the best I can get.  Does anyone know of any good places to order online with free or cheap shipping or any other ideas? Thanks!

monkeysue,

I too have lived in a number of rural areas where there is no traffic and to drive for 2 hrs somewhere seems like too far. Now I live in the Phoenix metro area and buy my candy from a Costco store about 23 miles away. Seems like that would be pretty close, huh. Well, the wrong time of day that could be the same as your 2 hr drive. Alot of us in bigger cities may have accounts about the same distance away but take us unrealistic driving times trying to get to and from our machines. Several times I've had to go from one side of town to the other and it can take half the darn day in traffic. So I'd say driving distance and time are all relative to what you are used to doing. Just try to stock up for what you'll need for 3 months and make the trip to Sams. While your in the larger city try to locate some more machines to buy or do something else to help justify the drive. Shipping is always going to be a killer for you unless you are buying larger quanities than you can use at this time.

Check out tjking.com and A&A Global for products and reasonable shipping. See what they can offer you.

Yep, check A&A/brand/TJ. Instead of candy, I'd focus on stickers/tattoos and some one inch capsules. That way you can have a better project margin then candy with your items being delivered to your doorstep.

Edit: Walmart supercenters or stores like that are also okay for some forms of candy. All in all since I don't see much in the way of stores to supply bulk vendors like me in this part of iowa, I'm focusing on toys/stickers.
