Chard
We just installed another bevmax 4 this morning. Machine is giving an x homing error intermittently. I'm guessing it's a bad motor, but as the machine sits it will occasionally say x homing. It eventually gives the x homing error even after several successful test vends. Besides a bad x motor, what might cause this? This is the third refurbished machine we've gotten over the past week that has problems!
Bvending
Probably bad X motor. I had the same problem last week with a "refurbished" machine from Coke
allen watson
Could be the micro switch on top of the elavator or at the base of the picker cup. Check out the manual and follow the trouble shooting guide on x/y homing error. Don’t forget to pull the door switch out when testing the homing switches. https://des.az.gov/sites/default/files/media/bevmax_4_5800_operators_manual.pdf

lacanteen
Make sure the machine is level and that the X/Y carriage is vertical. You might need to tweak the X home switch. It's on top of the carriage and hits the left wall to signal X home
