I ordered two NW candy machines and Tempo stand from Sam's, and when they arrived, one machine had a cracked globe. I contacted Sam's and NW sent me a replacement globe. I then ordered two NW gumball machines from Sam's, which arrived today and once again one of the globes is cracked! The culprit is poor packaging--there is no padding around the machine at all--it's just placed in a box. But when I got my replacement globe, it was well-padded in the box. Is this typical, or is it bad luck? The same thing happened to me last year when I bought an A&A PM Supreme-arrived with cracked globe. What's going on?

As you can see, NW takes care of it right away. Yo ure right they should use some kind of passing. I gotta say though shipping through Sam's Club to me is dirt cheap. I love it!

lurtsman Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 You probably just have an idiot working part of the shipping route near you. Maybe he is a vendor also and doesn't want competition? He beats up any box that has vending equipment.
