Stand alone water Kiosks?

We have a unique opportunity from a landlord of a business that we are about to purchase to also get a chance to get a spot for a stand alone water kiosk in which we dont even have to be there.

It is right next to a hiking trail so lots of hikers going up and down plus its right next to many many houses and condos (perfect residential spot. Have any of you had any experience with these water kiosks? I know the water prices that it will charge is much lower then anything the supermarkets have.

I was thinking the same thing Antonio:). Water seems the be the one thing other than bulk candy and snacks&soda that goes well in southern california.
