neewltd00
Hello Everyone I just bought my 2nd vending machine recently this time I went with a Polyvend 452, after installing it I realise the temperature is showing 28- 29 Degrees all the sweet are melting and I am not sure what to do. How can I adjust the temperature ??
AZVendor
Doh! They won't melt at 28 degrees. That's below freezing unless you are at 28C which is 82F. Here is the setup manual: https://www.dsvendinginc.com/images/pdf-manuals/gpl159.pdf You probably have a frozen evaporator, low freon or a bad compressor. neewltd00
Yeah 28C they have all gone mushy, I have tried the manual but it says hold the # key when the door is open until you see service but it never works.
AZVendor
Did you pull out the door switch plunger? If not you missed that step.
neewltd00
Door switch plunger what is that ?
AngryChris
This machine appears to be similar to a National 147/148. You may need to pull the door switch out if there is one to be able to access service mode. If so, pull the switch out and press the service mode button. The system needs air flow.

AZVendor
You're getting ahead of yourself. Did you verify that the evaporator is not frozen up? Are the vent screens clear? Do you have good airflow from the evap fan up to the top of the turret? Has the temp sensor been disturbed? Do you have good airflow through the condensor and is the condensor clear? Is the correct temp still set in the machine?
