What brand is this machine with 24" tall cannister?

I've not seen a machine with super tall cannisters like this.  Anyway, know who puts this out?  I just posted 6 of these on craigslist St. Louis if anyone needs these big cannisters.  Just got a pm that they are Beavers.  These would look cool with 1" capsules in them and hold a ton of them.
