Dana
Hi Everyone- I have a current client that wants to either subsidize part of the snacks/beverages or pay the whole thing. Question, does anyone have any type of reporting tools for this kind of thing? I will need to show him how much product and what kind of product they go through weekly so I can bill him. Thanks in advance for your help. Dana
Golfdogs
Excel or Numbers will be your best bet for this.
cvending
How do you normally keep track of your sales?
Southeast Treats
ParLevel VMS has a subsidy report that you can use, but if you are not already using a VMS it would be a lot of work to set up for one account. Depending on your agreement and how often you want to bill, you just need to keep records of how much product in and any stales pulled out; or if your machines will track actual sales you could pull and use that info. Dana
Thank you everyone. I appreciate everyone's feedback. I was thinking of just using Excel but was curious if there was something else out there.
