Anyone ever seen one of these Gumball Sports Shot machines?

I've never seen one of these and not sure how it even works?  I just saw it on a craigslist ad and decided to ask what it was if anyone knows?

I seem to remember seeing one of these a few months ago. I belive it is a plinko-like game where if you catch your gumball you win another one for free
