drpleasure
Hello...trying to use a GPL 436 Deli Shop as an ambient temperature machine. GPL Tech told me to "jump the temp control wire with a 6.3K resistor" to satisfy the temp control (i.e., fool the machine into reading the temp and disabling the health control)...pretty much Greek to me. Does this mean that all I have to do is cut the temp control wire and patch the resistor into the line? That is, connect the resistor to the two ends of the cut temp control? Also, which wire is the temp control. Thanks...sorry I am not more handy.
AZVendor
Follow the wiring diagram and then remove the sensor from the connector and jump the resistor across the terminals.
