Have you ever heard of a Beaver Joke Vendor? No Joke!

I kid you not.  This guy has an ad on craigslist for a group of Beaver machines and says one of them is a Beaver Joke Vendor.  I'm guessing it is the bigger one on the left side in the picture.  Do you like put jokes in a capsule and sell them for a quarter?  Now this is thinking outside the box!

From looking at it, and the green circles on the front, I'm thinking it has a speaker and it tells a joke when someone buys something?
