Quick help, bevmax 5800-4

Trying to change pricing, i go to price program, press 4 and it says single price. Then i try to switch it by pressing 2 or 3 etc and nothing. Is there another mode i have to go into to allow multi price selections? Necer had this problem before

Go to page 10 and 11. You'll see that single price refers to changing a single item's price not multiprice vs single pricing.  You can change the price of a single item, a shelf or the whole machine.

There is different programming for machines built for Coke vs open market; sounds like you have coke programming.  Go back one step from where you are and see if you can make other selections there.

you need to goto switch config. you need 1 and then turn the zero on to 1

I have Bevmax from coke 5800-4 , just got a call from location stating drinks are not getting cold?

It may be worth calling someone who works on them.  You need to diagnose it just like any other machine but you may have to remove the bottom two trays to get access to the cooling deck to see what's going on.
