matthew0582
if i leave the delivery sensor on the door will open, close and then stay open and it thinks theres a drink still in there. I have changed every part possible and the port test works perfect. im at a lost
AngryChris
In my experience, if a can or bottle leaked and got into the foam donut piece, it'll trip the sensor until it dries out. I don't know if that's your problem or not.
matthew0582
ok now i just read is on a bevmax 2 it says to leave the sensor off but what gets me still is i updated all the bevmax 2 parts. Its crazy i can leave the sensor on and the door will open even if theres nothing in the cup to drop in the port.
lacanteen
The sensor could be bad or a loose connection to the supply harness or loose nut that attaches the sensing wire to the bottom of the port.
matthew0582
i have swaped ports with known goods ones, it works perfect on a port test, all the harness are brand new, the board is new. machine works perfect with sensor off but ive had issues where people vend 2 drinks and then they both stuck in the port
Anacapa Vending
Did you replace the sensor on the bottom of the delivery port?
