Mei vn 2511 bill acceptor taking money not crediting

Hey guys i am new here i just bought my first soda vending machine a Dixie narco 368. Everything on this machine works besides the bill acceptor. It has a mei vn 2511 bill acceptor attached to a mars 6800 h coin mech. I have tried everything to get this bill acceptor to work i have used the configure coupon on every kind of pulse and pulse amounts nothing works. Then i noticed the harness has a sticker that says coin mech only on it. I attached pictures is it the harness do i need to buy a new harness? There is a loose wire on the bill acceptor side of the harness in the pictures. Thanks for the help guys glad i found this forum. Replace your harness between the bill validator and the coin mech.  Use PN 250070013 for the MEI harness - you can get it at dsvendinginc.com.  Your validator needs to be set for Short Pulse.  You notice the broken wire on your harness?

Looks like you are using a 6800H coin mech, make sure the #4 option switch is set to low level (off) for MEI / Mars validators
