DELIVERY SENSOR SYSTEMS TROUBLESHOOT - Wittern 3577

When a drink selection is empty the machine will still act like there are more drinks to vend and just take your money. The white sensor tab shown in the picture seems to be constantly engaged, therefore the machine always thinks that there are more drinks and will never display "out of order." I take it there is some type of spring missing or something along the lines of that. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Is it a 3557 or 3567 perhaps?  The 3577 isn't listen on the Vendnet site.  What logic board do you have?  GVC1 or GVC2?

There is a model 3577 it is the second generation of the Futura.

Hi Jim,

I think is a mechanical issue.

There is sensor bar goes right to left across the width of the machine.

There is very flimsy spring that is hooked into that bar and onto the body of the machine, that spring is broken, so the switch is not operating .

Hence machine does not know the slots are empty.
