AP adjust spiral motor

I just switched out two spirals on my AP123 to 6 count spirals. They were previously 10 count spirals. My issue is the new spirals (6 count) are vending 3 rotations/items when they are selected. Is there something I missed? Do I need to change the spiral count in the setup menu somewhere? If so, where is it? I couldn't seem to find it.

Does it have a drop sensor?  Is it only that selection?  Did you change the motor?

I apologize AngryChris, I am fairly new to vending. I do not believe there is a drop sensor. I did not change the motor. How would I go about doing so?

I think you probably have a drop sensor. Try actually vending something. Because there is no real setting to have a spiral turn 3 turns, the only reason it happens is when the sensor doesn’t detect a drop.

You don’t need to switch motors. I think Chris was just asking to make sure you didn’t. Doesn’t matter how many count spirals you have, it’s always gonna be 1 turn per vend.

If you don't have drop sensors it does sound like you somehow turned on Goldeneye for that selection.  You need to revisit the Goldeneye programming.
