Monti3870
I have a machine, I went to service it today and the key didn't work. Once I looked i realized the outer and inner slots didn't line up anymore. How can I fix this issues. See picture below.
orsd
Someone tried to or did get into your machine by picking it. (Or your key is missing the nub.) To get your key in take a grinder or sandpaper and sand the outer nub on your key off. (Or in a pinch go to a CVS and get an emery board. Really slow and sucks, but beats driving back to the shop.) Then go get a Medeco or Abloy from LSI.
AZVendor
Yup. Check you own keys to ensure you don't already have the nub filed off. That could cause you to leave locks in this almost unlocked position. If it wasn't your key then you got picked or you have a key number stamped on the face of your lock and someone used their own key to get in. You may not have any money in the machine now. After you file your key down then you have to always be careful that you leave your lock in the fully locked position each time because you can then pull the key out from any position.
