Everet Posted June 13, 2020 Share Posted June 13, 2020 Hello--the machine claims C1 and C2 are sold out when product is still in the tray. I did a test vend of C3 and no issues. (This was to test the operation.) I did a price reset for C1 and C2 and vended 2 sodas from each. I tested the gates and nothing seemed to stick and no "goo" above or below the tray. Came back next day to find C1 and C2 back to sold out. Repeated test vend of C3 with no issues. Did a test vend of C1 and C2 with no issues. Did a price reset for C1 and C2 and vended 2 sodas from each. Next day, C1 and C2 are sold out. I checked the manual and couldn't find anything addressing a false sold out and a search of the forum didn't return any relevant results. Your assistance is appreciated. Usually, it should be under the "Test Mode" and then press "0" to clear all the errors. It normally happens because of Sure vend option is enabled in the machine.
