Lots of refunds on Payrange?

Installed a Payrange on a Crane nat 147 with an updated board and all that. I noticed today I have like 8 refunds showing up on the transaction page on Payrange. Anyone ever had this happen to them? Product shouldn't be getting stuck and not dropping as the machine also has a drop sensor on it, unless that's the issue where it doesn't detect anything dropping? I have tested the machine with cash and had stuff drop and every time I did it the machine would detect a drop and say "Thank you" and end the transaction. Just curious what I should be looking at when I go to the location.

We have used PayRange for yes. Never had a refund in 4 yrs

Hmmmm this is really weird then.... guess I'll be playing with the machine soon.

I've been using Payrange also and haven't had that happen.

Someone may have decided that they should eat free... might want to check with tech support and see if they can shed any light on the issue....

Did you just install it, the first transaction is usually set up for free from Payrange, after that normal price with a 2.99% surcharge.
