Marc1 Posted December 29, 2020 Share Posted December 29, 2020 Hi Guys and gals im new to vending. I bought about 12 vending machines off some people downsizing there company. Only really needed 3 for my workplace. Anyway having a few problems with the can vending machines. If I could go though them one at a time that would be great. I have a Dixie narco sii 501 with a cash flow 690 series dfx coin mech and jcm note reader. When the not reader is connected via the harness the mech won’t accept money and comes up with inhibited error. When I take the harness away and it’s the coin mech only it all works fine. AZVendor Posted December 31, 2020 Share Posted December 31, 2020 It looks like you are trying to run MDB on an SII machine which is pretty ancient. If it's really an SII (two red buttons on the front of the control board box) then you probably have too old a board or eprom for your coinage. Since you are using an Cashflow 690 I presume you are not in the US. Try a MEI TRC6512 and see if that works for you. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
