I've talked with nayax and they seem to think its a machine issue. The other thing thats weird is that I can make a credit card purchase but can't send a dex so it doesn't show up for me to view online. Any ideas? cvending Posted January 23, 2021 Share Posted January 23, 2021 I had the same problems with 2 158’s. I called Crane after updating eprom to the latest. Was told be them that the machines age was to old to send dex files even though there is a dex connection on the board. It can accept credit card s ales but no dex info.
